The house was great for our family get away, the kids used the pool and hot tub every waking moment they could and the backyard itself made for a perfect combination of relaxation and wellness. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to stay there again next time we are visiting family in Dallas.

Honestly such an amazing space. My gf and i spent the weekend here as a little vacation and we didn’t wana leave. The hot tub / cold plunge and sauna were amazing. The house was clean. There was a ton of food options around and such a cute walking/biking path around the lake that’s like 7 minutes away.
Def would want to come back. Also, Beau was super nice and answered every question i had. The house felt like a home!

We had a wonderful weekend stay. The place was clean and had everything we could’ve needed. We were concerned about the stray dogs from reading the previous reviews and while there were a TON in the area none were ever aggressive or came near us while we were enjoying the property even with the alluring smell of hotdogs roasting over the fire! All in all, we will definitely be back!

The house is amazing, quiet area, and a great oasis to relax & unwind! My favorite part was taking a peaceful nap on comfortable patio furniture and enjoying the hot tub with family!
Host was very accommodating and friendly!
Highly recommend booking this property if it is available on dates you’re looking at!

GREAT PLACE TO STAY, we didn't get to use all the amenities due to the cold weather but the magnesium hot tub was amazing when heated, the back yard in general is a dream... The location is good, has ample parking and the whole property is aesthetically pleasing. Book it! Our host Beau was quick to respond and resolve any issues that came up.

I can’t say enough about this stay!! Our host went above and beyond during one of the most intense winter storms we’ve had in a long time here in Dallas…going so far as to bring us coffee when the streets were frozen and we were out of coffee. We will always go straight here anytime we need extra space for family in town. The space has a very easy and open flow and the decor is peaceful and grounding. This is a perfect space for a wellness retreat. We were not able to use the hot tub and wellness amenities as much as we wanted due to the storms and freezing cold but Beau was always there to help us try and open to heating things up for us regardless. Sauna was amazing and probably our favorite aspect of this stay. No regrets for sure. We are already planning another stay just for the women in the family closer to the summer so we can use the pool. Thanks you Beau! We appreciate you!

Beau was great and communicated well. We had to add days to our visit because of car trouble and he didn’t an excellent job accommodating us. Definitely would book again!

We stayed here for a girl’s getaway (2 moms, 4 teenage daughters) to Trade Days. It was a little bit of a drive to the Trade Days area, but worth it for the lake view, cozy back porch, and fire pit. Everyone had their own bed and slept well. We enjoyed the game amenities and places to lounge and visit.

We had an amazing time at this lake house. The property looks exactly like the pictures. The front door opens into a cozy, welcoming space that immediately feels comfortable. The backyard opens directly to a serene lake, which makes the whole place feel calm and relaxing.
The kids loved the bunk beds and the popcorn machine. Everything was well thought out. The host provided plenty of firewood and utilities, all neatly arranged and easy to access.
The highlight of the trip was the canoe experience. Rowing on the quiet lake was truly special and very peaceful.
Overall, the property was exactly as described. We would absolutely love to come back next summer to enjoy the lake again with our family.

What a wonderful home and experience for our large family, staying at this amazing property! We were so impressed by this home and all the host provides for your stay and lake front experience! We are a large family and staying in Beau's home accommodated us perfectly. All the amenities that are listed and offered were fully available and much appreciated. From kayaks to karaoke to pool table and popcorn machine! To a fully stocked kitchen and cabinet needs to washer and dryer, use of garage and more more more! Our crew had a truly wonderful time and we appreciated this home very much. The home is tastefully furnished, very clean and offers extremely comfortable sleeping on all the mattresses and pillows. We didn't want for anything and would be happy to visit again! This is a very lovely home and working with Beau was straightforward and a breeze. He was fast, responsive and a delight to have as a host- we were blessed!
