Pool & Hot Tub: The pool and hot tub are professionally maintained on a regular schedule. Brief service visits may occur during longer stays. Pool Heating: Pool heating is available as an optional pre-arrival upgrade and must be requested in advance. Because the pool requires significant time to heat, all pool heating is scheduled prior to arrival and priced per stay based on length of stay. The hot tub is heated and ready by default. Outdoor areas should be enjoyed respectfully, especially during evening hours. Children: The property is not childproofed. Adult supervision is required at all times around water and equipment.
